I had seen this at Baby Gap and fell in love with how soft and cute it was, but wanted to wait to see if it would go on sale (as most all Gap things do). About a week later I found it online for 50%! If you spend $50 you get free shipping, so I usually wait until I need a few things. I love that you can combine your purchases from Gap, Old Navy or Piperlime to get free shipping, so I was able to find some clearance cargo pants for Little Man as well.

Little Man is wearing a sweatshirt I found on the clearance rack at H&M. H&M is a great place to find clothes on sale for $3-5 or even $1 sometimes! I don't think the 18months-8 years section is as cute as the baby boy section, but I've been able to find some great deals.

He is quickly outgrowing his shoes so we were able to find him some new Nikes at Footlocker this weekend. I never would have even thought of shopping there for him, but they had a great selection and the prices were better than I had thought (they have a 20% Military discount). I love these shoes because even though they look like lace-ups, there is velcro underneath! They are the easiest shoes to put on Little Man!

 These days Little Man is starting to wear tops in size 2T so I can no longer shop for him in the baby section at Gap. Although it makes me sad, it is fun to be able to shop in the toddler section. I really wish I had a good excuse to buy him this camel blazer, but I don't-plus I don't think my husband would let him wear it (it's too preppy for his taste)! Little Man has a tie from Gap and I LOVE it! It's very similar to the tie above, but it has blue stripes. It's super easy to attach to his dress shirts, and for the most part he leaves it alone. I have been looking for another newsboy cap for Little Man since he grew out of his one from H&M, and this one is perfect!

Old Navy Sherpalined Canvas Jackets For Baby (clipped to polyvore.com)

 I had seen this jacket awhile back on the Old Navy website and loved it. Last night when we went shopping for a jacket for Little Man, I was disappointed that they didn't have it at the store, but I was able to find it online for 50% off! Old Navy has some great deals online right now, and Gap online is offering 35% off today (promo code: GAPWANT)

Unfortunately since we live in Southern California, I didn't have a good excuse to buy Little Man this adorable hat from Baby Gap-or this one. The weather just isn't cold enough, but I wanted to have a hat for Little Man on cool mornings or evenings when we go out. Luckily I was able to find hats in the dollar bins at Target in both gray and navy!

The weather is finally starting to feel more like fall here, so Little Man wore his Baby Gap denim jacket that he received for a baby gift. Usually he doesn't wear a jacket in his pack-and-play, but it's the one place he'll stand still for a photo! He practically lives in his long sleeve Rolling Stones tee from H&M. I'm hoping that they sell more of that type of shirt this winter- it's been washed tons of times and it still looks like it did when I bought it. Here's a better picture of his shirt:

   Little Man is wearing a Hurley sweatshirt that one of his Aunties gave him (she got it at Nordstrom Rack). Hurley stuff for baby/toddler boys can be hard to find online and can be way overpriced. I've found great deals on Hurley stuff at Nordstrom Rack and also at places like T.J Maxx or Marshalls.

    He wears his gray Baby Gap jeans all the time, especially now that I figured out how the adjustable elastic waist bands work! I've found that jeans from Baby Gap run a bit large compared to jeans from Old Navy or Levi's.

    Little Man's Nikes are way easier than his Converse to put on his feet. I found his Nike's at Nordstrom Rack, but I actually found the exact same ones on Zappos.com. I haven't used Zappos before, but I've heard great things about the site. They offer a 365 day return policy, as well as free shipping on items and on returns.

   Little Man is in CONSTANT motion these days, so it has become increasingly difficult to get a good picture of him! This is one of my new favorite shirts for Little Man. His Grandma got it for him at the Rack for more than half off the regular price, but it's also on sale on the Ralph Lauren website right now. 
  
It's a little long in the sleeves for him, but I love that when the sleeves fold up, there's blue fabric on the other side. Ralph Lauren tends to run a bit on the smaller side (he is wearing this shirt in size 24 months). As long as I pull it out of the dryer right away, I don't have to iron it, which is a definite plus!

This weekend we had our first family photos taken at the beach. Until I get our images back from the photographer, here's a picture of Little Man. I found his Ralph Lauren button down shirt at T.J Maxx and his sweater at H&M. Unfortunately H&M doesn't show all of their sweaters online, but they have a larger selection in their stores.

 Nordstrom Rack has been a great place to find Quiksilver polos for Little Man. They come in great colors and wash really well. I LOVE Little Man's gray jeans from Baby Gap. They have an elastic waist band that is adjustable. Little Man practically lives in his Converse. They go with most outfits and are a great basic.

The thermals I found for Little Man at Baby Gap are the best! I love this thermal with the skateboards on it. Little Man has a pair of gray skinny jeans similar to the ones pictured above. They are so cute and go with a bunch of different shirts! I love these slip on sneakers from Piperlime. Little Man won't keep hats on anymore, but I love this Quicksilver beanie!

 This H&M long sleeve tee is a great basic and would look cute with khakis, cords, or jeans. I LOVE these baby sperrys. The cable knit hat from Baby Gap looks warm and cozy. Gap is having a major sale this weekend ending Monday- up to 50% off everything!

I LOVE the new arrivals at Baby Gap! Little Man has some of their thermals that I found on clearance last season and they are so incredibly soft. They're great by themselves or for layering under tees. This weekend Gap is offering 30% off your entire online purchase.

Unfortunately (or fortunately) we live in warm weather pretty much year round and don't have much need for warm jackets, but I love this coat! I would have Little Man wear this with a red plaid button down and dark blue jeans.

Little Man Flashback
